Service Requests
Installation and Commissioning Consultancy
After the installation of fan, jet fan, smoke extraction fan, air handling unit, chiller or automation system, technical support is provided for mechanical installation, electrical connection, motor direction, speed control and basic operating controls.
Fault Diagnosis and On-Site Service
In cases such as sound, vibration, overheating, low performance, engine failure, panel alarm, sensor error or operating irregularity in the system, the source of the fault is evaluated technically.
Periodic Maintenance and Control Planning
Regular maintenance needs of fan, motor, automation and ventilation systems are evaluated. With periodic control processes, the risk of failure is reduced and system performance and operational safety are supported.
Spare Part Requests
Suitable spare parts are determined according to the product model, serial number and project information. Technical support is provided for engine, propeller, connection equipment, control elements, sensors and system components.
Product Usage and Technical Documentation Support
Requests for user manual, maintenance instructions, technical data sheet, product label, certification information, performance data or project document are evaluated by the technical team.

Receiving a Service Request
Malfunction, maintenance, spare parts, commissioning or technical support requests submitted by the customer are recorded.

Preliminary Technical Evaluation
Product model, serial number, project information, fault description, photographs, videos and past service records, if any, are examined.

Technical Office Review
NOVVES technical office evaluates the request in terms of product information, field conditions, electrical-mechanical suitability, automation scenario and system operating principle.

Remote Support or Field Planning
Depending on the nature of the request, remote technical guidance can be provided or an on-site service visit can be planned.

Fault Diagnosis and Intervention
Necessary checks are made in the field. Mechanical assembly, electrical connections, motor operating status, fan direction, panel signals, sensors, vibration and performance values are evaluated.

Spare Parts and Solution Suggestion
If deemed necessary, suitable spare parts, maintenance operations, adjustment changes, revisions or system improvements are offered.

Reporting
