This Product Safety and Technical Support Contact Point; It was created to receive product safety notifications, technical support requests, nonconformity notifications, certificate and documentation requests, service and warranty applications regarding NOVVES products through the correct channels, evaluate them and direct them to the relevant units.

This contact point has been created for the safe use and technical evaluation of NOVVES products. In emergency life safety, fire, electric shock, serious injury or similar dangerous situations, the relevant emergency teams, facility security teams, fire brigade, occupational health and safety units or authorized public institutions should be contacted first.
04.IN WHAT CASES SHOULD NOTIFICATION BE MADE?
You can contact us in the following situations regarding NOVVES products:
- Detection of a risky situation that may affect the safe operation of the product
- Observation of an electrical, mechanical, thermal or structural nonconformity
- Abnormal sounds, vibrations, temperatures, odors, smoke, rubbing or operating irregularities

In order for your product safety or technical support notification to be evaluated quickly and accurately, it is recommended that you share the following information, if possible:

07.EVALUATION OF NOTIFICATIONS
Product safety and technical support notifications submitted to NOVVES are evaluated by the relevant units according to the nature of the notification.
The evaluation process may include the following steps:
- Receiving notification
- Classification of notification subject
- Review of product model, serial number and technical information
- Evaluation of photos, videos, service records or measurement results
- Requesting additional information or documents if necessary
- Reviewing with the technical team, quality unit, production, engineering or after-sales support units
- If necessary, field inspection, remote technical interview or service guidance.
- Notifying the relevant person of the technical evaluation result
- Initiating corrective or preventive actions when necessary
- Evaluation of required official notifications within the scope of applicable legislation
NOVVES evaluates each notification on its own terms. Notification alone does not mean that the product defect is accepted, that action will be taken under warranty, or that legal liability is assumed.
08.URGENT PRODUCT SAFETY NOTIFICATIONS
In case of serious life safety risk, fire risk, electrical danger, mechanical rupture risk, smoke evacuation system safety, occupational health and safety risk or similar emergency situations related to the product, the notification subject should be clearly stated as "Emergency Product Safety Notification".
The following information should especially be shared in emergency situations:
- Type of risk
- Whether the product is in use or not
- Location of the product
- Whether the event occurred or not
- Whether there is any injury, fire, smoke, electrical malfunction or material damage.
- Whether the product has been discontinued
- Whether facility officials or emergency teams were informed
In situations requiring life safety or emergency intervention, relevant emergency teams and authorized institutions should be contacted before or simultaneously before notifying NOVVES.

Certificate, test report and conformity documents; It should be evaluated only in terms of the relevant product, model, series, production period, application area and certification scope. It should not be assumed that every product is automatically suitable for every project, country or usage condition.
10.STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE

11.CUSTOMER AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Making electrical connections in accordance with relevant standards and instructions
- Operating the product within the limits specified in the catalog and operating instructions
- Carrying out maintenance and cleaning operations regularly
- Not making unauthorized changes, interventions or modifications to the product
- Not using non-original or unverified parts
- Keeping the product label, serial number and technical documentation
- Safely stop the product in case of abnormal operation, noise, vibration, heating or safety risk

- Acting in accordance with local legislation, occupational health and safety rules and project specifications
Incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized intervention, improper operating conditions or lack of maintenance of the product may affect product safety.
12.WARRANTY, SERVICE AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Product safety notices may be linked to warranty or service claims. However, making a product safety notification does not automatically mean that the notification is accepted under warranty.
The following factors may be taken into account in warranty and service evaluations:

13.MARKET SUPERVISION AND COOPERATION WITH AUTHORIZED INSTITUTIONS
NOVVES may cooperate with competent public institutions, market surveillance and control authorities, certification bodies, testing laboratories and relevant technical authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation within the scope of product safety and technical regulations.
If a serious risk affecting product safety is detected, NOVVES may evaluate the necessary corrective or preventive actions in line with the relevant legislation, contractual obligations and technical evaluation results.

- Technical documentation update

14.PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data you submit to us within the scope of product security and technical support notifications; It may be processed for the purposes of receiving and evaluating the notification, communicating with you, performing technical analysis, carrying out the service process, providing documentation, fulfilling legal obligations and communicating with authorized institutions when necessary.

Project information, technical documents, product photographs, application details, field reports and similar information submitted to NOVVES are used for the purpose of evaluating the notification.
NOVVES may share this information with relevant internal units, technical teams, service stakeholders, suppliers, testing and certification organizations or authorized institutions to the extent required by the business.
If trade secrets, project information, technical drawings or confidential information documents are shared, the user accepts that he/she has the necessary authorizations and that the shared information may be used by NOVVES for notification evaluation purposes.
16.LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION
Product safety and technical support requests can be submitted in Turkish or English. In international projects, providing support in different languages depending on the nature of the request depends on the evaluation of NOVVES.
NOVVES's written responses are taken as basis for technical evaluation, certificate verification and official correspondence. Verbal discussions alone do not constitute binding technical approval or formal commitment.
17.INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications made with incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or unverifiable information may delay the technical evaluation process or prevent a sound evaluation.
NOVVES reserves its legal rights regarding notifications that are malicious, misleading, damaging to commercial reputation, or in violation of competition law or intellectual property rights.
18.LIMITS OF LIABILITY
This contact point has been created to receive security, technical support, documentation and nonconformity notifications regarding NOVVES products.
The information on this page is general information. This information; It does not replace engineering calculations, project design, fire safety consultancy, occupational health and safety assessment, official institution approval or technical specification approval.
NOVVES evaluates each notification within its own technical, commercial, legal and regulatory conditions. Notification does not mean that NOVVES accepts fault, liability, warranty coverage or compensation liability.
